Then join our Fundraising & Communications team as a Corporate Partnerships / CSR Officer (m/f/d) – on a full-time or near-full-time basis (35–40 hours per week) at our Tönisvorst site in the Lower Rhine region. This is exactly where you come in: you will engage companies in action medeor’s work, develop existing collaborations and forge CSR partnerships that make a tangible contribution to medical aid worldwide. These are the tasks you can expect: Independently establishing, maintaining and strategically developing corporate engagement and CSR partnerships Acquiring new companies and corporate foundations, and developing suitable entry-level formats for engagement Strengthening existing partnerships through personal contact, expressions of appreciation and appropriate communication events Developing compelling concepts, proposals, presentations and communication materials for various corporate partners Representing action medeor at relevant network meetings, as well as organising company visits and joint event formats Working closely with colleagues from other departments and preparing relevant project information tailored to the target audience Making targeted use of the CRM system to manage, document and further develop cooperation activities What you bring to the role: Several years’ professional experience in corporate partnerships, CSR, fundraising, marketing, communications, sales or key account management Experience in acquiring, advising and providing long-term support to companies, corporate partners or similar target groups A degree or vocational training in marketing, communications, fundraising, sales/key account management or a comparable qualification Confidence in drafting persuasive texts, proposals and presentations, as well as a confident manner when dealing with corporate partners Empathetic, persuasive and stylistically assured communication – both written and spokenA strong service-oriented approach, reliability and a confident manner A determined, quality-conscious approach to work with a good overview even when dealing with several tasks simultaneously The ability to work independently, in a structured and responsible manner, whilst maintaining a team spiritA passion for inspiring people and organisations to get involved Willingness to work occasionally in the evenings and at weekends, and to undertake business travel An interest in health, development cooperation and humanitarian aid, and a commitment to the goals of action medeor What we offer: A meaningful role within an international aid organisation with a clear vision and significant social impact A varied role with scope to actively shape the organisation’s direction and contribute your own ideas Short decision-making processes, an open-door policy and an environment where collaboration and mutual support are valued A motivated team that works on a shared mission with dedication, respect and enthusiasm Working hours that take both professional and personal commitments equally seriously A company pension scheme after three years’ service The option to work remotely for up to 50 per cent of your working hours Health for all – help us make it happen!
