At the beginning of 2021, action medeor founded action medeor labworks GmbH, a company that shares all of the association's values and works together with the association to improve access to healthcare services worldwide.

action medeor labworks supplies medicines, medical consumables and medical devices for laboratories, diagnostics and treatments. Recipients are healthcare facilities, national and international aid organizations and wholesalers in countries of the Global South as well as in emergency and crisis regions. An all-round service with advice, installation, training and maintenance completes the portfolio.

All surpluses flow back to the association and are used for charitable purposes.
