Pharmacist internship (m/f/d) Career The German medical aid organization action medeor e.V. regularly trains a pharmacist as an intern. We are looking for committed pharmacy interns to work in quality assurance and pharmacy & innovation. action medeor is the largest European medical aid organization. Together with local partners, we supply healthcare facilities and their patients with medicines, medical supplies and medical technology in many countries around the world. This is done in particular within the framework of humanitarian aid, action medeor and health projects. During your internship, you will work in the Quality Assurance department of action medeor labworks. The subsidiary at the same location is a pharmaceutical company and has a wholesale license according to §52a AMG. The work includes, for example: Working on the creation of SOPs Evaluation of quality documents Support with the release of medicinal products Correspondence and office organization Research and database maintenance Preparation of presentations and training material In addition, you will support the Pharmacy & Innovation department. This brings together our pharmaceutical expertise to advise on development cooperation and humanitarian aid projects, knowledge transfer and network building, as well as support for pharmaceutical aid. Your tasks will include: Researching and preparing training courses on current topics in global health, pharmaceutical research, the legal situation Processing external requests for information on pharmaceutical topics Evaluation of offers of donations in kind Supporting projects with a pharmaceutical component (e.g. drug supply for refugees in DRC and Burundi, improvement of pharm. training in Sierra Leone, courses in Essentials of Pharmaceutical Practice for pharmacy staff in East Africa) You should have a very good command of English and knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
