TeamExperience promotes team spirit and a good cause

Out of meetings and into real collaboration – that’s the goal of TeamExperience, which companies in the region can now sign up for again.

At TeamExperience 2026, corporate teams can look forward to exciting challenges where peak athletic performance is not required – instead, the focus is on communication, cooperation and joint strategic thinking. What makes it unique: participating companies also contribute to a good cause. With every registration, action medeor – the “world’s emergency pharmacy,” which has been working to improve healthcare worldwide for over 60 years – is supported.

The event on the Süchtelner Heights in Viersen combines professional teambuilding with social engagement. The experience is rounded off with a sociable evening featuring music, an award ceremony, catering and a special atmosphere in the heart of a recreational area.

“From small family businesses to large mid-sized companies, participants experience a unique event at TeamExperience filled with shared challenges, genuine team moments and lasting memories – much more intense than a traditional company outing,” explains project manager Lisa Blumenkamp. “Especially in a time when many teams are navigating between remote work, everyday stress and high workloads, time spent together is becoming increasingly valuable,” she adds. “TeamExperience creates exactly that space: people rediscover one another, grow together and at the same time make a meaningful contribution to helping those in need around the world.”

Each team can include 6 to 10 participants – including courageous managers. Those who wish can even “send their boss up a tree,” quite literally. One of the highlights of the day is called “Send Your Boss Up a Tree,” taking teams up to a height of twelve metres. “But don’t worry, it’s all safe and manageable,” promises Lisa Blumenkamp.

“Over the past few years, the event has established itself as a true highlight of the year for committed companies,” Blumenkamp concludes. Since 2017, the format has successfully combined teambuilding, networking and social responsibility. “Many companies return every year,” she says, “not only because of the extraordinary experience, but because doing good together creates a lasting bond.”

This year’s TeamExperience will take place on 9 September 2026, and companies can already register their teams now for the limited spots available.
