Healthcare that reaches people — Sister Josephine reports from Malawi

How Medication Changes Lives: A glimpse into the everyday work of a nurse who gives her all each day to care for her patients.

Josephine works as a nurse and midwife at the St. Kizito Health Centre in Tsiriza, Malawi. Every day, her team cares for around 100 patients — many of them travel long distances because there is no other medical facility available.

So that people there can receive reliable treatment, action medeor supplies the health centre with essential medicines through its pharmaceutical warehouse in Malawi. This makes healthcare affordable — and for many, possible in the first place.

Thanks to the support of donors, the hospital was able to expand its medicine storage and keep medications more safely and at lower cost. This provides noticeable relief for the patients.

Thank you for making this help possible. With your donation, you contribute to ensuring that people receive the medical care they urgently need!
