The exhibition: A photo essay on the question “What remains?” As part of the initiative, eleven well-known personalities from the worlds of art and culture, science and society were asked to answer the question “What remains?” from their own perspective. A book has been published with very personal insights into the thoughts, hopes and wishes of those portrayed. Photographer Bettina Flitner has not only taken touching and multifaceted portraits, but has also incorporated the recordings of the conversations into impressive texts - these allow us to share in their reflections on life and death as well as their individual experiences.
