Your responsibilities: You are responsible for the monthly reports and annual financial statements for the entire action medeor family, thereby creating the economic and legal basis for our assistance on the ground. You develop booking guidelines, profitability and liquidity plans, as well as budget and cash flow planning. You develop and define key performance indicators for the action medeor family. You support, also on-site, our subsidiaries in all financial matters, thereby contributing to the internationalization of our organization. You present meaningful and understandable reporting formats and discuss the next strategic steps with the board. You are responsible for the compliance of action medeor. What you bring: You have further training as a certified accountant (IHK certificate) or a completed (technical) university degree, ideally with a focus on business administration or comparable knowledge, as well as several years of relevant professional experience in finance and accounting. action medeor is open to career changers. You have solid knowledge of tax law and good knowledge of accounting according to HGB/IFRS.
