Staff Member for Finance and Controlling (m/f/d) Career We are looking for a Finance and Controlling Officer (m/f/d) for 20–25 hours per week at our location in Tönisvorst-Vorst, with the option to work from home. Start date: as soon as possible. Initially a fixed-term contract for two years, with the option of a permanent position. For our Finance and Controlling department, we are looking for a committed team member (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. The position is part-time (20–25 hours per week) and based at our location in Tönisvorst (Lower Rhine region), with the option of working from home. Your responsibilities will include: Reconciling fixed asset accounting, including maintenance of the asset register Performing ongoing cost centre accounting Monitoring and maintaining project data Reconciling and maintaining general ledger accounts Preparing and reviewing VAT returns Managing and verifying vouchers and accounting-relevant documents Supporting monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements Preparing relevant documentation for tax advisors, auditors and internal audits As a substitute: Recording, reviewing and posting incoming and outgoing invoices Processing payments and monitoring incoming and outgoing transactions Maintaining and reconciling general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable Processing travel expense reports Your profile: Completed commercial training Several years of relevant experience in financial accounting Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally Microsoft Business Central Team spirit, sense of responsibility, commitment and flexibility Careful, structured and solution-oriented working style Good written and spoken English skills Affinity for numbers and strong common sense What we offer: Meaningful work in an international environment Flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths, open doors, a vibrant team spirit and friendly colleagues A motivated team where mutual respect is a top priority Flexible working hours that take both professional and personal needs seriously Company pension scheme after three years of service Option for mobile working after successful onboarding Making health possible for all – join us!
