Sustainability report Reports As a non-governmental organization active in the health sector and in humanitarian aid, action medeor has a special responsibility to actively practice sustainability. Sustainability must be considered in a multidimensional way: We not only want to support our partners in the fight against the effects of climate change, but also make our contribution to combating the causes here in Germany through the careful use of resources. In addition, we can only master future challenges if our work is also based on a socially and economically sustainable foundation. This means that, as a social employer, we also have a duty to our employees to offer them a healthy working environment and reliable career prospects. In turn, we have a responsibility to our donors to manage the money entrusted to us sustainably and to achieve long-term improvements. The sustainability report prepared by action medeor in 2019 records these measures and sets further targets. The report is based on the German Sustainability Code (DNK).
