Baking, handicrafts and books: Colorful fundraiser for action medeor The cooperation between the Elly Heuss Knapp School and action medeor has been in place since 2024. First steps The 12th grade students at the Düsseldorf vocational college found out about various action medeor health projects and chose a project to improve mother-child health in the DR Congo for their first fundraising campaign. Colorful collection of donations This got the ball rolling. In the following weeks, every pupil was able to get involved according to their interests and talents: With donation tins, advertising campaigns and the sale of self-created jewelry, donated books, fruit bowls, cakes and water ice, they collected almost 800 euros for their heart project and visited us with the promise to repeat the campaign next year.
